1. Order Processing

·      All confirmed orders are processed within 3 business days.

·      Orders placed after 8 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

·      In case of high demand or unexpected delays, you will be notified via email/SMS.


2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

·      We partner with trusted courier services to deliver across India (and internationally, if applicable).

·      Estimated delivery times:

o   Metro Cities (India):  3-4 working days

o   Other Cities/Towns (India): 5-6 working days

o   International Orders: depending on customs clearance

·      Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

·      Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

·      Free shipping is available for orders above ₹499 for all orders in India

·      International shipping costs vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

·      Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS.

·      You can track your order status on our website or the courier partner’s website.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

·      Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

·      We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

·      If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

·      In rare cases of courier delays, we request your patience as we coordinate with the logistics provider.

·      If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification.


7. International Shipping (if applicable)

·      Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

·      Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
