Return & Refund Policy
• Returns are accepted only for products received as damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time and the issue, if any, being clearly visible.
• The unboxing video must be shared via email to customer support within 24 hours of order delivery.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video and within the specified timeframe will not be accepted.
• Products must be returned unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Once the returned product is received, a complete inspection will be conducted. If the product passes inspection, a refund will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Refunds will be processed only for eligible items, using the original payment method.
