·      All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

·      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

·      In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email/SMS.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

·      Delivery times depend on your location:

o   Metro Cities (India):  3-4 working days

o   Other Cities/Towns (India): 5-6 working days

o   International Orders: Shipping time will be shared by email.

·      Delivery timelines are estimates. External factors such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays may affect timelines.

3. Shipping Charges

·      Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you place the order.

·      Free shipping be offered on orders above 499/-. This is applicable pan India.

·      International shipping charges vary based on location and will be chargeable by customers only.

4. Order Tracking

·      Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details.

·      You can track your order status on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Address & Delivery Attempts

·      Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

·      If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (customer unavailable, wrong address, etc.), the courier may retry, or the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

·      In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service and provide a replacement or refund after verification.
